Neff is the main antagonist from Altered Beast. He is a Demon God and takes on the alias "God of the Underworld." In the game, he kidnaps Athena, Zeus' daughter, so he can drain her power and become more powerful. He is best known for saying his popular catchphrase, "welcome to your doom!"
