I never got into Duke Nukem games, but I do love John St. John's voice acting. And everyone's imitations of him. I do want to see a post-modern follow-up where Duke gets called on all his shit and has to grow up (or just kill himself like Jeff wants).

The bombcast is by far the best podcast going and those guys are the hardest workers.
 
I have around 3-4 gaming podcasts I enjoy and only the bombcast produced shows through out E3 and about a dozen hours worth with guests.
 
More sites used to do this but this year the other podcasts I listen managed 1 40min podcast after E3 and another site managed the same 1 40min podcast that went online after e3 even though it was taped after the ms event, then 1 really good WC 2hrs podcast, But nobody has the quality and quanitity the giantbomb crew has put out and yet they still give us a nrmal show.
