I hope everyone tells Dan & Paul that yeast = fungus and nothing else.

Paul was right about pasteurization. You heat the product to decrease the amount of bacteria. It brings the product to a safe level ,without changing the taste too much.

Sterilization is heating it at a higher temperature with the aim to get rid of all micro-organisms. This alters the chemical structure of the product and changes the taste of the product. But it makes it viable to preserve food for a longer time.

lolllll Dan NotTalking about putting custom games on the SNES Classic. It is almost essential to making that thing worthwhile. I love mine, and I don't even have nostalgia for it really. Got one of those dope European ones too.

I love how Dan explains how he needs to properly present every last thing to his dad lol. I love the stories about his Dad playing games, holidays shenanigans, and the little slightly more personal stuff, thanks for opening up in this fun way.

Love the content with Paul, I think this might be my favorite one of these. Really funny all throughout and touching at the end.

Don't get me wrong, I love these guys and appreciate their contribution to Giant Bomb. But about 1.5 minutes into their wheat discussion I realized they hurt me, and hurt my soul in way a that is irreparable, and that there is no amount of alcohol (*that will not kill me) that can soothe this pain. I must stop listening, but I cannot find the stop button... I'm still listening. Sugar? Seriously? Ahhhhhhhhhhh?!?!?
