In perspective, Atari Hotels seem to be a more reasonable and less risky business endeavor. What were they thinking? Were they?

Even though I have no interest in getting an Atari VCS, I was really curious to see a Quick Look of it and check how it is, but that tiny gameplay window and the moving overlays get tiring and annoying really fast... Call me crazy, but I think Quick Looks should always be in fullscreen like they used to be.

Missed opportunity to use the 'Snowball Yay!' screen as the thumbnail, but alas.

I'm happy with my Switch Lite at the moment, but as a portable gaming enthusiast I hope the Steam Deck kicks ass and sticks around.

This is the first QL I've tried watching for about 6 months...man they've gone downhill a lot. From succinct ~30min videos with 2-3 people.... to just Jeff rambling on in his underpants for 2 hours. Maybe come up with a new name for them? JeffLooks or something?

Great video. It's wild how bad this "console" looks. I can hardly believe that price! Seems like even if it was a portable switch like device it wouldn't be worth the price.

It's almost like something has changed in those six months, not sure what that could possibly be. Also this already has Bakalar in it besides Jeff, not sure much would change by adding a third member too.

The landscape of gaming has shifted. Instead of Playstation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch we now have Steam Deck, Switch OLED, and of course the Atari VCS

Steam Deck has enough power that a Valve game doesn't need to be an indie-style top-down.

After the 2600, Atari has been steady drowning for decades, with the occasional life raft thrown in. VCS is the latest example. The Intellivision Amico actually looks better by comparison.
