Yeah this video is incredibly quiet for me as well. Even with all my volume cranked to the max I can barely hear it.

Is this video extremely quiet? My PC volume is usually 30-40% but I can't really hear this even with 100%

Even using a browser extension to boost volume by 600%, I can just almost hear Vinny.

when it was first put on this page it was still the stream version. Not sure how that stuff works but it has to do with how they put videos up now. That version worked great. Caught 20 mins of it and it was great. Super eager to watch the rest.

edit: oh lol Vinny himself explained exactly this in his recent "site goings-on" thread update:

Our site video player allows us to put an archive of the show back on the site almost immediately after it's broadcast, but only if we don't reuse the same chat for another stream. In practice, that means if there are two shows back to back you have to close the chat, boot everyone out, and have everyone file back in if you want to use that function. It's why, even for premium things, we generally weren't able to use that version of the archive for shows during the heat of Lockdown. That being said, with some breaks between shows now, we're able to use it again. When you see a version of a show up that doesn't have Download options, that's what you're looking at. It's basically just replaying to you what was streamed, at that same quality it was streamed.

Love these games! The pacing is good and works well for content like this, I think, cause there's enough variety in the different characters abilities and the encounters to make it engaging enough so that they're not only talking about other stuff. A good crew too!

While I haven't tried the co-op myself I watched a bit of it and it seems to work surprisingly well. There are loads of ways you can work together and the design of the game is such that it's easy enough to just stop before a encounter and plan your approach beforehand.

I don't expect them to play through multiple chapters, which I understand, as it is a lot of replaying the same stages and it only gets harder, but there's some cool stuff they'll definitely miss by not doing it. The game also goes more out of its way than the first one in trying to push you towards multiple playthroughs which will lead to the end of Chapter 1 feeling like a bit of a anticlimax, I think.

Agree with everything you said! I just picked this game up a couple weeks ago when it was on sale for a few bucks off and did all the playthroughs and really enjoyed it, even more than the first game. I found the character archetypes & abilities in this one to be more interesting, I think.

Like in the terms of the more frail characters, the sniper in this game felt more clutch to have in a lot of situations versus the wizard from CotM1. And Hachi and his robot were my MVP, very useful and it is such a silly character design, I love it!
