This is quickly becoming one of my favorite GB Series. That was a fantastic experiment about 10 minutes in.

Haven't finished but why is this 30 minutes longer than Brad's?

I'd love to see an x-ray view of the planet and their path. Real surprised they made it to the center digging at an angle. Would think they would just come out another side. Must have made lots of turns without realizing it.

@vectortheangel: I think Brad had to stop to let another stream happen, but since Vinny had his own premium experience going, they just kept going for a bit longer on his stream.

I'm no astro-ologist, but how does a planet with no atmosphere have wind?

@tgjessie: It has atmosphere. That doesn't mean it's breathable by humans or whatever the player characters are.

It's hilarious how much yall struggle with or straight-up miss things that are actually in the game while constantly dreaming up admittedly logical things that aren't in the game (but probably should be).

It's like a unique combination of overthinking while underthinking.

Doesn't help that chat keeps giving false information.

If you keep digging "down" you should always hit the center eventually. But yeah I'd also like to see the xray view

Absolutely loving this series, especially after just playing 30+ hours of Astroneer last month, and syncing the streams makes it so much more fun as well! Brad and Vinny should pair up more often for sure.

Great feature, probably my favorite this year.

Watching this after the fact it's hard for me to tell if chat is just full of trolls or if they are just guessing.

Whatever the case though I rate chat's effective contribution as a solid "meh"...I think there were accurate tidbits but even those weren't really the most useful bits of info.

I watched Apollo 11 because of this stream. Talk about an amazing endeavor! Just a bunch of dudes with light up buttons on a board, and that's your guidance?! Definitely recommended.

Just wanted to say, I'm so happy you guys are sticking with this! Some of my favorite content during this lockdown, easily. Very excited to see you guys finally get off world and discover the weird and wonderful world of Large-sized construction.

Instead of starting over on each planet from scratch, would it be easier to turn on the teleporter next to the new base then just run back home for supplies and prepackaged equipment?

To start at least. Once you get a base solidly going the planet can provide the rest presumably.

Also I just want to see if you could 100% eat a planet. Like, not from these guys, but in general. Especially since you can see the worlds in the skies of each other.

Or take all the matter in the solar system and convert it into one giant artificial plain, ir a mobius ring, or Dyson Sphere. Oh man, could you make a Dyson Sphere? Just bubble the sun and cover the inside in solar generators!

@tevor_the_third : I actually don't know if you can teleport between planets without having the core activated...but I haven't gotten a node activated anywhere else yet :)

i want to keep watching this series but... the experience of discovering this all on my own has been fantastic. I put down the game after like 20 hours or so and was getting close to the center of the planet but I got distracted by other games and not sure I can get back into where i left off... so maybe I should just watch? ugh the indecision is killing me.
