While it's great seeing Austin on the site again (and Danika!), I'm kinda bummed it's just more Jackbox. Kinda tired of it (and games like it), sadly.

Well this is a cool way to end a Friday :) Only started watching GB after Austin left but he's great from listening to some older Beastcasts and all I've heard from Danika was her interview for the DNB internship but that was pretty rad too!

@machaze9: You missed out. For me the Vinny, Alex, and Austin combo was peak Beast though Abby is making that less clear cut with every appearance. I'd recommend the Poly Bridge quick look for some Austin era goodness

Fakin' It is way closer to Mafia/Werewolf than Never Have I Ever. Since you need everyone (but the faker) to vote on someone to catch or clear them the game becomes more about convincing just one person in the group to switch off you. And it's much better in a group of like eight people.

I love Giant Bomb/Waypoint collabs. And not just because of Patrick and Austin.

This was great. Laughed so much. So happy to see Austin again. I really should make some time and check out what they are doing over on Waypoint.

I always like when Austin shows up on GBeast content. I really enjoyed him as a member of the crew but I have no interest in the content that Waypoint is putting out.

I hope in the future they don't do audience participation it shows it down for no benefit. Trivia murder party wasn't too thrilling. I like some of the older jack box party games i think more since don't they always have different Ones? Tko isn't as funny to me as the one where they make their own answers and people choose the funniest one.

That's what I thought. I didn't mind the middle to end bit. I don't need to participate and just enjoy them being themselves and having fun. Make me mix a drink to participate. However, the drawing ones and the T-shirt one, while fun in person are just too long of people sitting there doing nothing but waiting for the time. But hey, making live video is hard and it is the game's fault and no theirs. I did skip a lot of those parts though. Still had fun and I stand by the idea that you should be drinking when they are. It will all make more sense.

Austin is the best. I'm happy he went on to waypoint and even happier that waypoint and giant bomb have been doing so many cross-over appearances lately.

Definitely older. He mentioned on today's podcast that he was at his first job in 2001, so 1979 is a lot more likely, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was at least 40.

I love Abby, she's hilarious and brings a lot to the discussion, but every time she talks over instructions/exposition to something and then shouts about how it "makes no sense" I lose it a little bit. This was still a very fun Playdate, it's great to see the Waypoint crew stopping by!
