Laughing really hard at this, but it's frustrating to keep seeing/hearing those "tells" which Austin legitimately pointed out are blatantly cheating.

I'm glad they came around on Fakin' It. It is easily the best Jackbox game.

I was worried when they started playing it and Abby and Vinny were both complaining that it made no sense.

Never realized how much I've missed Austin and Danika was an absolute delight. Abby's sexy face literally made me spit out water. Don't really get to play the Jackbox games so its great to see folks playing these every so often. The fake it game was the really highlight.

I would love to see Patrick again at some point.

@undeadpool: I think Austin's been on a couple of Giant Bomb videos since he left, but this has finally convinced me that I need to actually take the time to check out Waypoint.

Their podcast is FANTASTIC, no lie.
One of their staff, Rob Zacny, I had never heard of before, but he's awesome. Hearing him and Austin go back and forth is really something special.

Re: Audience Participation - It's only really needed for Quiplash and I say that stressing that there was only 4 players. That means 2 answers go up on screen followed by 2 people voting on that. You're only going to have outright quiplashes or else ties.

On the other hand, the stream delay is hovering around the 30 second mark from what I could tell so really, I wouldn't oppose just getting rid of audience stuff on streams unless they want to do the occasional Mixer stream specifically for jackbox or similar.

Can't wait for the 4th party pack to come out!

Jackbox Playdates are the best Playdates.

This. It's twice-weekly and ~an hour long both times, so you get 2 hours. Zacny's great (check out Three Moves Ahead if you want some DEEP-diving on strategy games) and, of course, Danielle Riendeau is also there. It's a podcast with an incredibly unique feel and energy, and that's a VERY good thing.

Man this was great love to have the Waypoint crew visit Giantbomb, great to hear Austin and Danika in the GBeast studio, and yeah They should invite Patrick Klepek one day also, would love to just have a laid back megadate with him and The GBeast Crew like this :)

What! Since when is the brontosaurus a hoax!? Isn't that the one that was super popular a few decades ago, but then then the scientific community was like oh wait, we messed up, this is probably just a wonky apatosaurus let's strike the bronto from the history books (sorry Flintstones!), but then the scientific community kept looking at bones and were like, no, wait this must be a different species, welcome back brontosaurus!!

You probably got caught in a block-list. Don't take it personally.

Women on social media have to take extra measures to make those platforms useable sometimes. One of those measures is auto-curated lists of people who are mass-blocked. There's a bunch of lists but they're almost always based on people who follow prominent shitheads.

If you're worried about it, take a look through who you follow. Even if it's for a joke or whatever, it can sometimes land you on one.

This might be like hands down either the best playdate or at least one of the very best. Having Danika and Austin there was great and everyone was cracking up so hard. I was laughing near constantly.
