I experienced this live, and it was a truly once in a lifetime experience.

This game is truly something special, and if a sequel goes to kickstarter, it will be the first kickstarter I have ever contributed to.

Hey @vinny, you know I love you and this whole site, but I need to get something off my chest for a second. During one of the moments in this stream you went "She's a man, baby!" as a response to a funny comment by the character Paul. It's just... that kind of joke plays into the whole "shocker, man pretending to be a woman" classic transphobia that ends up hurting the LGBT community's safety.

I know you didn't mean anything harmful by it, and I still love you and everyone else on the site. Just wanted to slightly poke you and ask you to refrain from a joke like that in the future, because jokes like this can be pretty hurtful for us LGBT folk. If @alex or @austin_walker could pass this onto Vinny, I would greatly appreciate it.

These people need more money. I demand more of this. Everybody, buy this game.

Game was cool but ending was a cop out (no pun intended).

Is this site working? Keeps asking me to paste an XBMC code over and over to prove I'm a premium member. I'm currently able to watch premium content on the Video Buddy so I don't think the problem is account related.

@d_w: Yep, I think that was a masterstroke.

Incidentally, when I played through the game I noticed the tape on the broken window straight away and spent an hour trying to work out how I could connect it with the tape on the license. Then I reconciled myself with the game not wanting me to find out quite yet and all was well.

I'm a little underwhelmed by the ending to be honest. It's fine that it wasn't some grand conspiracy but it wrapped up rather abruptly and for all the truths you had to tease out of people I found the last section with Rebecca was surprisingly straight forward.

That being said, this was a lovely game. It was well shot and didn't feel cheap. The acting was a little hokey and over the top (and fun!) but didn't feel lame or amateurish). The concept was surprisingly fresh and I had fun watching the human puzzle get solved. This type of game is probably too niche to get the size and scope it deserves but I would still look forward to a sequel. Well done to Jenks, and the GBeast crew!

Alas, the "Woods drunk" character is NOT Liam's ghost. The character's name is Peter and the actor who portrays him was the original choice for Inspector Jenks.

You know how in Phoenix Wright the animations get more and more exaggerated as you break down suspects and witnesses? I love that this game does the same thing with the acting.
