This is the strangest thing. I'm listening to the cast, but I remember Jeff already talk about Fight money and Jason talk about Canadian Rocket League players... how have I listened to this before if it was posted today?

It's a shame they removed MGS4 from PS Now at some point in the last year. That's how I was able to play it right when I got my PS4.

Jaffe's original plans for God of War 3 sound so much better than what it actually became.

When I worked at a theater back in college the electrical guy Julio, who was constantly blazed out of his mind, told me really excitedly how "awesome" Haze was.

The SFV beta being broken is a total non-issue to me. Sure, it sucks that I couldn't get in at all. But I just don't understand being actively angry about it, thinking I am owed an apology, or any ill will simply because of the pre-order wall.

Of course I pre-ordered from a company that doesn't charge until the game ships, and can easily cancel between now and next year if I choose.

If that captain america dude was with friends dressed as the Avengers, that would be pretty cool. But eh, selfies don't bother me anymore, people just need to be careful to not run into thing while doing so. I would still laugh.

@danryckert Dan, there's literally nothing wrong with artificial sweeteners, including aspartame.

I think Juri and Gouken would be great in Street Fighter V...the others from IV not so much. Also Urien wasn't the boss character in 3, the boss in 3 is Gill. Urien is similar in appearance (like Abel & Seth in 4) but Urien is a charge character for the most part and had the iconic aegis reflector super move. He would probably be really cool in SFV.

Maybe after the previous UPF... Dan has decided to change himself for the better.

I think this is the fifth reference Jeff has made to Drake on the Bombcast, specifically 0 to 100.

I don't have a problem with selfies. Back in the day people would stand in one place for hours on end just so they could have a painting of themselves hanging in the house. Selfies are the natural evolution of that, humans just like having pictures of themselves and the easier it is to take and share images of yourself the more there's going to be. It's human nature at this point.

Oh the people who look up their retro gaming stuff, or worse just hear online that retro stuff is worth a lot, and think they can get crazy prices, I hate that :). I always wish I had gone around in the past as each console was in its low point of demand and grabbed all that stuff for cheap or free, the times when people were basically throwing it away.

The clueless or don't care garage sale people, those are the best, but you have to go to so many to get lucky and find those scores.

At this point my collecting has been beaten down by some harsh financial realities, maybe that's a blessing in disguise.

I don't think any PS4 owners really give a shit about Tomb Raider's timed exclusivity when they have Uncharted 4 on the horizon.

MGS 2's rerelease was on the original Xbox FYI. So there was a MGS on a Microsoft platform before the HD remakes.

Also the way Dan talks about no electronics in the bedroom makes him sound like some kind of hippie.

About Rocket League, one dev said on Reddit that they are not going to change the core gameplay:

"There are not going to be power-ups added to [Rocket League]. We're not going to change balance, add stats, change physics, etc. We have a good formula and there are already infinite ways to make the game even better without changing core gameplay."

It's sort of depressing when the majority of the "What'cha been playing?" discussion consists of talk about a clicker game, a game that's already been discussed in the weeks prior and a beta that didn't work.

There were five Street Fighter III characters in SF IV. Ibuki, Makoto, Hugo, Yun and Yang. That's plenty.

I'd still love to see Q in 3D, though.
