Awesome to see Justin on the podcast. Big fan of his from the Geekbox.

1up Show was SO great. Those guys were way ahead of their time and I was super bummed when there were no more.

I haven't been watching/listening lately because of all the guests, but I need to hear their perspective on the Persona stuff.

I loved 1UP so much in 2007-2008. That site was my life, much like how Giant Bomb is now. It makes me realize that Giant Bomb will end one day but there will always be the next great thing. I wish the CO-OP Show continued but oh well. GB4lyfe!

@authenticm: I just need to know if he spoils Persona 5. I'm just not going to listen until someone says if he did or not. I like Peter but it's happened at least twice in the last few months.

I'd be cool with Peter becoming the Jeff B of the Bombcast. He takes this podcast places!

@anupsis: Next to no Persona 5 talk. None of duders played it past the QL and Brown is only a few hours in. They do talk about Altus' stream policy.

Any Persona spoilers in this one? I've become wary after Peter Brown casually spoiled the ending of Nier a few podcasts back.

@brad In regards to Xbox One not recognizing Mass Effect 2's second disc: For Mass Effect 2 (and 3), you insert the first disc, have it install the game, and then that is it. You never need to do anything with the second disc; just leave the first one in. Any time you are brought to a screen that references changing discs, it will progress forward after a few seconds as though you had switched discs.

Can't believe they missed out on the very obvious Tony the Tiger in the cereal fighting game, he'd had to be right up there with Cap'n Crunch. The Lucky Charms Leprechaun and Toucan Sam would also both need to be in.

I just want to say I bought Persona 4 Golden last year after watching the entirety of the endurance run. For me personally, it just made me enjoy my time in Inaba all that much more! I have seen plenty of P5 to know that I will by it, and don't care to see anything else with it included.

My friends in college played a lot of Goldeneye on the N64 (I was a PC guy so I didn't play and turned up my nose at them.) In versus mode, whoever won the round had to play with the crappy Mad Catz controller as a handicap. R.I.P. Mad Catz.

That e-mail about not being able to play Neo Turf Masters 2 player with 1 set of joycon is incorrect. You can. I suspect the correspondent hadn't re configured the Controllers.

Oh man, the Bats vs Balls discussion. It really depends on personal preference and game type. Most fighting game sticks are balltops because it offers a more wide range of ways to hold the stick. Some players cup the balltop but that can be hard on the wrists and makes you more prone to wasting stick movements. Some players use the Diago or wineglass method which is putting the shaft of the stick between your pinky and ring finger and curling your fingers up around the bottom of the stick. Its actually something most people dont think about when getting a fight/arcade stick, there are tons of different "Styles" for holding a balltop, its fairly easy to find one comfortable.

Jim is a good guest again, as expected.

Even though I'm not a Destiny fan, I do enjoy listening to all things surrounding that franchise.

I also enjoy how much E3 scares the crew every year.

I am in favour of Atlus being brutal in its efforts to stop spoilers. I love Persona and am absolutely loving Persona 5 right now. I don't want to see a single screenshot or video clip or anything. Any tiny little thing that I see outside of me playing it is something I won't get to experience first hand. Persona is all about the journey and its story. This is such a unique game and any spoilers can negatively impact your experience.

Metal Slug definitely works with two joycons.
