I do agree given the more changing nature of games with patches and updates a static review document is limiting (as much I as I have enjoyed reading all your written reviews and do miss them), however I do think there is a place for that kind of focused-evaluation of a product that one can search and get a direct reference to. I don't find off-the-cuff statements or casual quick looks quite help me as much as old-skool reviews have (Digital foundry comes close to that in modern day - albiet without the more subjective side of reviewing).

It does get frustrating trying to find someone's opinion on a game if it's located within 1000s of hours of podcats/videos that's not easily indexed and searchable. Maybe if there was a way to extract those 'box quotes' or timestamps that one can point to would be really useful.

I haven't listened to the whole cast yet so maybe they mention it (though I doubt it since they think Koch brothers have some relation to Koch Media), while it's great to have lots of old THQ under one roof again, the really big deal for Nordic is the sales/marketing/publishing/distribution arm of Koch Media. It's quite large especially in comparison to what Nordic was rocking before.

@mems1224: Usually one ask the question so the other one can answer it while they play.
But frankly that kind of information is easy to come bye. What makes Quick Looks so great for me is the honest, natural feel that comes out of it. It's easier for me to know if I'm gonna pick up a game looking at these guys (who know their shit) for 30 min than looking at a review note...
