It's still really funny/interesting to me how Jeff, who has always said he had no interest in developing video games unlike some of his former colleagues, had this segment for GotY.

Jeff is an improvisational genius.

So even in this universe where games have been wiped from existence, the only people who seem to remember they ever existed are Jeff, Danny, Alex, and whoever is watching The Day Mario Cried? Cause Jeff says very early that nobody else seems to remember them but him, which has interesting in-universe complications if they were ever to do a sequel.

You say that, but Jeff is incredibly good at deadpan and improv. He's mentioned having a bit of theater experience in school, but he's spent most of his adult life performing for other people (in a band, playing games, being a personality, etc). Even Vinny, who is equally as gifted at the improv thing, generally seems to have a bit of a smile on his face. I can't wait for his bloopers because I feel like that will be more "blooper-y"

I love that Jeff basically invented his own Wiiware games so that he could bring back the magic. This is the best. I want the NDX podcast back.
