Edit: A VR game? Meh, no thanks. As a massive Half Life fan for 20 years now, this is unappealing.

That being said we all already knew this is what the next Half Life thing would be so I'm not surprised or anything. I was just hoping they'd make another game.

Oh well. There is other games to play. If they also make a non VR game sure I'd probably play that.

Everybody's workstation gives me anxiety on a profound level.

Yeaaah that has to happen

This being VR made me just completely blank this game out the second I read its title.

I am absolutely not opposed to VR games, hardly even know what those are like, or can be like, outside some older PSVR stuff. But I also absolutely would prefer if the next Half-Life game was something I could play when it's out.

VR is too expensive and will probably remain that way for probably at least two more years. I have to upgrade my GPU first of all, which will be a significant chunk of money to begin with. And I'm justifying that eventual upgrade by it making all of the games perform and look significantly better.

I have not been paying attention at all to VR stuff, specifically because it's not even worth considering due to the associated costs, or future tense of it. Perhaps I will be able to justify it at some point after I've gotten a new GPU. But currently all of these VR things are at least $600.

And so far this is the only game that I would be at least a little bit interested in. It's difficult to get a sense for how interested I am exactly, because since it's VR and effectively does not exist for me, I can't really care about it. Regardless, one game is very far away from me spending lots of money on a platform. I will absolutely get a Switch before even considering it.

So yeah, I feel like maybe in about two years? Probably at the earliest.

Best things out of this: Rorie, Bad Boys II. Quality stuff here.

@paperplane: I've really been enjoying what I've played of Stormland. Pistol whip and Asgard's wrath are also pretty great imo. I think both Stormland and Asgard's wrath could do with a VRodeo.

How does Jeff only use one of the two monitors at his desk?

"We Talk Over" (the show name) didn't surface on the front page for me, so all I saw was the thumbnail and thought this was a Mailbag-style let's-sit-at-our-desks-and-talk-about-some-recent-event video like in the old days. The only reason I know what this video's about is because it was in my Youtube recommendations.

Jeff...Loved it when you were back on Gamespot with that old crew. Classic stuff, those were great days....and clean up your room, it's a mess.
