i wonder if this will be another GOTY or BLOPS will take it

I haven't dug into it the game too deeply yet but is that really how the grass works? I assumed it was like a closet where if guards see you enter it, they will still pursue you and engage you in combat.

Is it possible to have these comments combine with the comments on the text page?

@nodsknowingly: The foliage does two somewhat related things. If you're ducked down in the grass, you'll have a circle around yourself where if someone does get into that circle, they'll still notice you. The new crowd system does the same thing down to a circle to let you potentially elude guards that aren't right on top of you. Think of it like walking in a crowd of people in some of the AC games.

The other thing is you can hide bodies/stuff in the grass to a limited degree. Just like your detection circle, if someone does go by and walk close enough to the body, they'll still discover it. But it is concealed from view for the general area.

You also can drag bodies through the grass fairly undetected with the same detection circle thing around you. Spoiler about one of the map mastery feats: One of the mastery feats is to subdue and instantly hide 5 guards while in the foliage. I was easily able to just toss a coin to peel a guard away from his partner, smack the guy w/ a wrench, pull him away and then get his partner w/ another coin toss.

Hey @brad@jeff, there is a Hitman mobile game called Hitman Sniper that is basically Sniper Assassin. It came out all the way back in June 2015.

@wulfbane: Thanks, sounds interesting! I do love the idea of blending into the crowd. I am still curious about how it works from the different states compromised, hunted, combat, etc. But I'm going to play a bunch this weekend and hopefully figure all that out.

Hopefully we get to see a friendly cross coast Dan/Brad competition in trying to take down Sean Bean for the first elusive target.

Really wish they changed up Elusive Targets so that people joining in later can get a shot at it (not just with a rerun at a later date). Maybe just making it a rotating event quest sort of thing, kind of like Monster Hunter World, but only able to try once per account. The way it is now, where if you decide to pick up the game a year later you have no way of playing them, it kind of feels like they're taking the content hostage to force you to buy the game now.

There is a Hitman Sniper mobile game put out by Square on both Android and iPhone.
