While I feel I would miss Jeff showing off the neat stuff in his room, I do think an audio version is useful for this kind of #content.

Also: adding a thought about video games not having the 'heat' anymore -- it's harder to generate mass excitement toward anything as the marketplace and culture fragment, and it's harder to feel excitement over things as you get older because you've seen it all before. Once you've seen 35+ years of video game hype (I'm a few years older than Jeff), I really do feel a strong element of "been there, seen that."

anyone know what bins Jeff is talking about for his DVD cases I try googling the only thing I can find is from the container store.

I would love to have this as a podcast

I would rather audio so that i can listen at work. There isn't a lot missed apart from Jeff's expressions.

Would prefer video. Anyone can get audio from the video with minimal work.

I'd like both, honestly. Both audio and video for this seems like a good idea.

I'd hate to lose the video of Jar Time because that's what it was originally exclusive for, but having a podcast release would be cool on the Premium feed so I can pick it up and listen to the rest later.

I like seeing you on video when you do this but if you did it as an audio stream I'd still totally listen.

Video is neat, but now-a-days I usually just have the video on in the background. Realistically, an audio-only podcast is probably more useful for me.

I would never listen to this if it were not a video.

I prefer the video format, because you use gestures and have facial expressions that emphasize what you're saying, and I would like that to remain. Plus, you have a calming presence.

I think audio makes a lot of sense - don't mind the video but often I'm just letting it run behind other stuff and listening anyway. If it's just a sloppy cut of the audio from the video in the Giant Bomb Premium or Presents feed I would be totally fine with that.

having an audio version in addition to video as an option for premium members seems like a way to please the most amount of people. sometimes i like to see @jeff in his natural habitat, but somestimes my backlog of giantbomb videos does not allow me to do this. Having the option to listen at work would be great. I think you guys did this for one of the Q&A Unprofessional Fridays. Thanks for the stream regardless.

Whyyyyyyyyyyy can't it just be in both audio and video? Its not like there isn't a precedent for taking something that was traditionally one format (the Bombcast as audio) and making a version of it in another format (the live video Bombcast).

Throwing my comment in the "Pro-Audio" side. Would definitely love this stuff in the premium podcast feed, makes it easier than trying to commit time to having a video running.
