Totally need the TAG and Will Wright Shooter MMO idea. Both are incredibly awesome.

I liked Rewcastle's one. The delivery was great. The last one was incomprehensible but amusing.

I'm agreeing with everyone else.  T.A.G sounds legitimately good.  Maybe not a large scale game, but a downloadable game on XBLA and PSN would be really fun.  Some indie developer better pay that guy off quick!
