Quick Look: Blue Toad Murder Files

Looks like a really slow party game.  No thanks.

32minutes of MW2 maps but you couldn't finish this case? :( who was the murderer, I must know!
 
I loved the accents and the design of this game, really well done. Just a shame the puzzles are a little bland.

I'm not sure about this game, but I admit, I liked the Mayor getting cut down in mid speech. I'm half surprised they didn't try to pin it on you.

Should've shown us a little multiplayer as well to get the entire picture of the product. (aka a quick look)

Seems like Telltale tried to make a Professor Layton game and gave up about half way through.

Oh man can't wait to watch this.  My friend downloaded it and I had to help him through every puzzle.  I was like "Seriously?!  I don't think this game is for you man."

The problem with games like these is that you can only play them once.
 
But this was an awesome quick look anyway.

The storytelling in that game is embarrassing. The narrator tells you everything. They might as well be reading you a story.

Little Riddle?  Im guessing this wasnt a Japanese dev team?

lol, Ryan and Vinny are freaking deaf, they didn't hear  the gun shot.  I thought it was a firecracker outside my window at first.

If you listen closely Vinny got it right the first time he counted. He counted 29 pence and said that it would 2 shilling and 5 pense. Just got the numbers mixed up when he told Ryan.

I don't think it is so much the basic addition that he's terrible at, it is more about translating while doing the adding where it went wrong. I mean, 20 shilling equals 1 pound? 12 pence is 1 shiling? What? "

that narrator is annoying as hell! does he ever shut the up? the puzzles were boring as well. i thought this would be more like Layton but it went into a direction that i didn't like. no buy.

Game looks pretty neat actually. Like a puzzle adventurer.

I think they actually randomize a few things with each playthrough so you don't just go through the motions. So there'd be an ending where it was the jeweller and another where it was the miller or whatever. "
