I have to ask, is the GB crew afraid of throwing things out? and cleaning up after themselves in the office. The clutter and shit just laying around would make me nuts.

So once again Molyneux used an fake presentation to hype his big new "thing".

When he first revealed Curiosity he said people would be able to watch live as other people pick away on the cube in real-time, their demo did also show just that. That seemed like something really cool not just conceptual but also like quite an technical feat.

Now the real thing is out and what does it do? It "updates at regular intervals".. that's not real-time and that way you hardly can watch other people chip away on the cube (you only watch their results in regular intervals).

Yes this sounds mighty nitpicky, but let's be honest here. The whole concept of Curiosity wasn't that great to begin with, so this small difference makes quite a difference to me and once again shows that Mr Molyneux still hasn't learned to only promise what he can actually deliver instead of using smoke&mirrors to hype his ideas.

Keeping that in mind i guess the "big secret" will be some pseudo philosophical bullshit that won't change any lives at all besides making them go "What? I wasted all my time for this crap? Fuck you!"

PLEASE DO A QUICKLOOK OF LEGO ISLAND.

Right now playing the game is the only way to earn coins, but they're currently working on implementing a system to buy coins with real cash money, and yes, the diamond chisel will cost around $50,000.

Thats interesting. So...its definitely a troll right? I mean, if the diamond chisel will cost that much, whatever is inside the box has to be like a video that says "GO DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR FAMILY YOU FUCK" right?

Yeah I got some feedback on what the poster meant from the GB community on this one, thanks everyone!

megadrive.me is the website to see the poster up close, its much more obvious there. But I only knew it as Genesis as a kid - so that was totally lost on me until people told me hahaha. I had 32X and Sega Channel though, only actual game carts I owned were Shadowrun, Landstalker, and Mutant League Football. Bought my favorite Sega Channel games :)
