The start reminds me of Deadly Premonition, when York said he couldn't hum the Superman theme without it turning into Star Wars... game looks pretty okay.

is it me or is Jeff turning into a grumpy old man? ... seems like hardly anything can please him nowadays.

Looks interesting though rather sad to see mechs having to waste so much ammo trying to kill the little people on the ground.

I own the soundtrack to The Jackal but have never seen the movie.

He didnt pick up 2 of the health crates. That's why he died. Quite like the look of the game, maybe I'm looking into it.

I like the look of the game, and it seems well made, but I just can't find any excitement for dual joystick shooters of this type anymore. Can we take a break for like 2 years?

Those two first minutes was one of the best two first minutes in any QL ever :D

Finally a top down, multiplayer, dual joystick shooter on XBLA.

I sense some palpable tension between the gents in this QL. Don't sweat your mustaches guys. 

I agree with Alex about the aesthetic. It's too bad about the movement/combat issues and the camera doesn't allow for backtracking, because if the gameplay was equal I'd rather play this than something with the minimalist fake-retro style that so many shooters go for these days.

I'd still rather play co-op locally than online.

When was this recorded? I thought Alex was in New York. 

Why did you guys find it strange that they were expanding on the Greed Corp universe? It was cool!

Why does the gatling gun suck in Gatling Gears?

YES! I bought Greed Corp on both xbl and Steam!

The creators sure had some Warhammer 40k in mind when they made this.
Everything looks distinctly Cadian Imperial Guard.
I mean, you ARE riding around in one of these in the game.

That was the first thing i thought of when they started talking about Superman and Starwars.  Surprised Jeff didn't mention it.

I had the distinct feeling this was made by the guys who made Greed Corp, and hey, I was right.
