Hmm, love the depth of the editor and it looks to have some great personality, but the gameplay did nothing for me. Looks clunky and tedious.

For the record, I got some hands-on time with this game (about 45min-1 hour) & really enjoyed myself. I feel that it's enough of a change of pace from the Smackdown vs Raw series that you might dig it if you're aching for a wrestling game. 
 
Basically, don't knock it before you try it guys, because the game might just surprise you.

Is there spanish audio? I heard it on the e3 videos.

The commentary was almost as bad as the Smackdown commentary... almost though.

What was up with the music that played in the fake tv sections? sounded pretty awesome.

The game is looking sharp. Can't wait to get my hands on it and show it to my Abuela (grandma). That old lady loves the wrestlers! Enchilada time!

@ christ0phe Lots of people, especially in Latin American markets.  This is going to sell in very, VERY specific parts of the country where there are lots of Spanish speaking fans of the AAA.

ok, I have no knowledge at all about wrestling or games based on said sports, but this looked horrible in every regard except character creation.
Maybe hard to judge by just watching a video like this, but they did not look like they controlled well ... and the animations - especially how you could see exactly where one animation ended and it snapped to the next without transition - looked atrocious, and so did all instances were the models interacted with something - the character collision detection looked off, and the movement speed of the feet was totally unrelated to the movements of the characters ... damn, maybe this isn't bad for a wrestling game, considering they almost sounded kind of mildly positive about it - but to me this looked like pure garbage

ive beaten both rudos and techicos story mode and its not bad it doesnt compare to the smackdown games but hopefully it will sell well enought to get a sequel

Let's be honest. This game looks clunky, movements are unnatural but for some reason I don't think it sucks, it's kinda good. 
 
I live in Mexico and I know the culture behind this "Lucha Libre" thing. It's a show like WWE and it has its roots in the poor and the middle class of past years in Mexico and I think that's what makes this game not really bad for me and though the gameplay is not as good as I'd like, it got the feeling of "Lucha Libre". 
 
Actually, Nat Geo Latin America and Discovery Channel Latin America both have made a documentary about Lucha Libre in the past, you know, as part of the mexican culture. 
 
And let me tell you that probably this game won't be selling that much in the U.S. (maybe between mexicans there only and some americans) but I think it will sell very good here in Mexico and probably in Latin America. They have a lot of fans here.
 
Mexico doesn't have a video game industry so I expected this game to be not very good and I think that's why it doesn't disappoint me, it's what it is and they got a good title here, maybe 3 stars out of 5. 
 
BTW I'm surprised that Brits are asking/complaining for not having a U.K. release, I never imagined they were aware of 'Lucha Libre', maybe in the U.S. but U.K.???? Are you mexicans living in U.K. or are you British? How do you know about 'Lucha Libre'?... I'm just curious.

The moment  wrestling games developers  will get rid of Create-A-Stuff crap in favor of more original content and a streamlined, satisfying gameplay, that will be the day I'll be interested in buying a new wrestling game

For some reason Alex decided to play this game the exact same way as any other wrestling game, instead of using the mechanics the game gives you.  And I can't believe we only saw one move off the ropes, what was that?  Want to check this out.  Or go track down a No Mercy copy.

I saw this in a preview quite a while back and at the time i put the clunkiness down to the early development stage but seeing this makes me think that the developers havent bothered to fix anything since then.
such a shame because there are some interesting ideas in there but all them look poorly executed.

I remember them giving away Lucha Libre Mask for this game at E3 2010.
