I'm very impressed that Dan actually knows what the acropolis is.

11 minutes? Putting the "quick" back in Quick Look, I guess.

I've given this game a shot last week. Decided to refund it.

The pacing was off, and the combat felt extremely clunky and got boring quick.

Not to mention that this is by a russian developer with russian character names and yet the is no actual russian language voices option either for ingame or cutscenes ...

I'm getting a kinda Loaded (PS1) vibe from this game.

I got this at launch, kept crashing before starting. I finally got it to work, then found out it was locked to 30 fps. I refunded it, guess I'll wait for a sale. Seems like a decent game, but maybe not for full price.

He definitely fights for the good guys. He might be very bad at his job occasionally, though.

The audio seems distorted to me - with harsh peaks on Dan and Alex's voices. all the way through the video.

That combat looks pretty satisfying.

It'd actually be cool if they did more short ones like these if it meant they got to show more games they had even a passing interest in.

I'm super tired of roguelike-light-likes, so I appreciated the bit and the celebration of a scripted and hand-crafted experience. Nice video!

Dan mentioned Mo is the voice of that command guy in XCOM, but that's actually a guy. Mo's the voice of Dr. Vahlen (the head science lady) in XCOM and XCOM 2. She's also done voices for various other shows and games, like Elara Dorne in The Old Republic, a game I played for a few hundred hours too many.

McGruber is probably the worst movie I've ever seen.

I've heard from a lot of podcasters I like a ton (Abby and the We Hate Movies-guys) who aren't Dan yet love that piece of shit film. I think it might be a thing where I very rarely care for SNL stuff and that stupid schtick is clearly from there.

Also this game seems kinda dull, the animations especially look real janky.

I don't like these fancy new "quick" quick-looks. I like me an old fashioned super long one please.

It really is an awful, awful thing. I've never seen SNL, due to not being from the US, so maybe I lose a little something by not being familiar with the characters.

That said, every film I've seen which is based off SNL characters/sketches has been bad.

Sometimes I get this craving for brawlers, but with this game (or kind of probably most of them really) also the feeling that I'll tire of its shenanigans after about the length of this quick look. It seems competent though.

I'll probably end up getting Streets of Fury EX or something.

That's the game I was confusing this game with. Couldn't figure it out, it was very annoying. Thank you.

Sometimes the glitchy headphone jack in my speakers elevates instruments or parts of songs that you don't really notice when they're part of the whole. Tends to suppress the lead vocals and percussion. Depends on the mix I guess.

If you're not interested in this game, I recommend instead wearing out your headphone jack and listening to new sounds in old songs.
