That has to be the greatest opening ever.  Whoever came up with having a bunch of assholes with plastic instruments standing around is a genius.  Thank you Giant Bomb for the gigglies.

omg I LOL'd in the beginning when it freeze frames on jeff and he makes that wacky sound, but it doesn't freeze until after he has started making the sound a little. omg so good.

That intro was very Time Trotters-ey

As much as you guys kinda bagged on it, seeing it in action made me want it...once it gets price slashed.

Oh man. Such a pity the game doesn't seem worthy of such a humorous treatment. The actual QL was pretty sad, but great vid!

This looks freaking terrible. What the hell good is a motion controller that abstracts away everything it's supposed to simulate into something not even vaguely resembling them. I mean you need some serious acid to be thinking this is anything like skateboarding.

Awesome quicklook! Stuff like this is the reason why you guys stand out from other video game websites. Loads of personality and not just another dry place. Keep it up guys :)

This game looks neat for kids who are short enough to reach the sensors and not confident/skilled enough to ride a real skateboard... which I think makes Tony Hawk Ride a good thing.

I really thought that you'd really need to do a kickflip to kickflip. That would have been too insane, but now it's just a glorified balanceboard with sensors.

Man, this game is...not good.
 
The video is AWESOME though!

That game looks really bad, however, the ending was pretty great.

I vote that all Quick Looks be like this.

Well the game looks about as bad as I expected, but this Quick Look is so awesome it justifies the game's existence!
 
But on the subject of the game looking bad, it kind of makes me want to go buy a real skateboard just out of spite.

The beginning and ending are as Epic as Epic gets.

All videos should end with that.

the intro and ending of this video alone were a good enough reason for this game to have been made.

I think I could potentially have more fun with a green screen than with Tony Hawk Ride... The price difference is a little steep, but I think it would be worth it.

I don’t think the physics are quite right as jeffs skateboarding speed never really changed much towards the end of the quicklook.    

This game seems like it'd be fun if you like playing menus.
 
Also, the ending was epic x10011011. JEFF GERSTMANN WAS IN CALIFORNIA GAMES DUDE, HOW COULD I HAVE MISSED THIS!?!?
