I've never been one for fighting games, but it is fun to realise that I know a fair lot of characters from Capcom AND Marvel. Keep up the good work GB.

I just can't bring myself to care about this game. I played MvC3 and realized I simply don't like these kind of fighters. i.e. the kind with 100+ combos that go on forever and fucking nine year-olds mashing their way through EVO. Maybe if I had ADHD I'd like this but I don't.

I'm glad SFxT is going in a completely different direction.

@Scarabus: This didn't end up being my cup of tea either in the long run, but claiming that the kid was mashing is downright silly. Sure, he wasn't a top level player at the time by any means, but he sure as hell knew what he was doing enough to not deserve to be called a "masher".

If there's anything from the original game to bitch about, it's the silly ass stuff that was going on with characters like Wolverine and Phoenix.

This quick look is a god damn trainwreck. It was painful watching Jeff throw the correct evidence away. I know he probably doesn't have time to learn the ins and outs of every game release but... ugh. Ending every air combo with a double tag?

If you're not familiar with MVC then I must assure you that this is NOT how the fights usually go.

This is the first I've seen or heard of Rocket Racoon. That dude seems fucking cool and I immediately liked his character design.

This game looks great but I am absolutely garbage at fighting games.

Phoenix Wright looks so stupid.

Needs more Iron Fist, Hawkeye, and Nova...

Frank West really was the most perfect choice for this game.

@mbr2: Plenty of sites manage to make money without dicking over there users. The fact that other than this Giant Bomb is one of the best most classy game sites is what makes it so bad. I know they claim it gives them better control over the site but I cant help but think that they are just really bad at the business side. It sucks having to pay so that they feel the freedom to swear during the bombcast. Just not worth the money. This HD thing is just about enough to push me over into canceling my membership.

Hey Jeff, the evidence CAN be projectiles but they're not needed to be able to use projectiles. They're used to be able to go to turnabout mode and be able to do PW's really powerful Level 3 Hyper Combo.

It's a good game but as a fan of some of the fandoms I get issues with characters being underpowered, I know the game wouldn't work if the characters had canon abilities but seeing Amaterasu, a god, and phonix force jean gray being defeated so easily, having Wolverine without some form of health regen is just asking for nerd rage.

Jeff almost got Wright's turnabout mode. This is a really funny QL if you know how that character works. He threw away his chance every time.

Its killing me that, ya'll are playing this game and did do any research on to how characters work, you have to have 3 pieces of highlighted evidence to go into trial mode......

Ever since Jared Rea was on that Jackie Chan quicklook and third strike (?) TNT I want him on every fighting game feature! He drops some knowledge on fools!

Lack of Vergil play disappoints me :( Pretty sure I'll buy this game, never bought the first edition earlier this year. I'll probably be terrible at it like every other fighting game other than MK9, but maybe I'll get some fun out of it since DMC characters.
