Just as a heads up to anyone else who downloads these videos into a Giant Bomb folder with the filenames unaltered, this one is labeled as vf_tnt_020712_1500(or 3500, 700, 350) instead of vf_tnt_020713_1500.

maybe patrick's near-death experience is a wake-up call and Giant Bomb will finally confront their alcoholism.

Yeah, it's pretty fun. And when you inevitably get hit by a car or wreck your bike, it won't hurt as much.

If anything, he almost won with really just a sniper, because he has no idea how to use Cyberdiscs, and clearly still has this mental image of the Cyberdisc as this menace that he can just stroll forward and not expect to die immediately to plasma weapons (this has happened in both XCOM TNTs). Also he refuses to use the Cyberdisc's long-range grenade throw, or its crazy ability that causes explosions everywhere.

I don't feel like I'm asking a lot. There aren't many units in the game, and once you do an autopsy on them, you should familiarize yourself with the abilities that make that unit remarkable.

Ryan did good considering how rusty at XCOM he must have been.

@ManlyBeast: I guess it's just that stuff is getting ready for the new site. The player has been loading stuff super slow and up till now I couldn't get past a second of TNT.

Just about any alcohol at all impairs driving. Car or bike. And Patrick's a pretty slight dude. Talk about learning the hard way.

TNT's volume has been WAY quiet lately. I have to turn my headphones all the way up to hear it at all and even then it's too quiet, both live and archived.

Huh, look at that. Amphibious, combining two characteristics, literally living a double life. From Greek amphi + bios, "mode of life". Technically, if we ever made vehicles that had two modes that weren't land + sea, they would also be amphibious unless we came up for yet another term for it.
 
Now to finish watching this and see if they ever concluded that on the stream thus rendering this comment worthless.

I never tried the MP part of XCOM, but I'm curious now with the way the point system is set up, and trying to use the alien abilities that sometimes really screwed me. Too bad Secotpods aren't available eh?
