This looks and sounds awesome. It has a really cool style for a game that is, ultimately, about simple shapes. So cool. I don't have a PS4 though, so I hope it's coming to more platforms, PC specifically.

Holy shit that looks and sounds incredible. I was totally engrossed with the game. Too bad its PS exclusive :(

Played this at pax, and they nailed it, game really puts you into the zone with the synchronized music and Tetris

I can't believe I'm this excited about a Tetris game.

The more I've seen of this, the more I want to play it! Like by just watching it, it felt the same as Lumines where I can see myself getting zoning in. It was also nice that Mark had some miscues so that the game doesn't feel so intimidating to a casual player like me. :)

This looks downright therapeutic. Can't wait.

Looks beautiful but not near $53 CND beautiful. I think they'll unfortunately find out why nobody prices puzzle games this ridiculous high.

My mom never played video games, but she always started at level 9 on Tetris DX because it was too slow otherwise, absolute legend.

I am really into this. The amount of different spins on Tetris they've crammed into this seems pretty great, in addition to the amazing visual/musical presentation.

My love for tetris started with Puyo Puyo and is yet again reignited with this, I can't wait!

Yea, this needs to come to PC. I love the look of it!

I hope Tetris Effect makes it into the GotY debates. Im really excited for a new Tetris game in 2018.

I pre-ordered this this morning and I immediately wondered if I made a mistake. After watching this, I know I didn't. I put what's gotta be 200+ hours into Puyo Puyo Tetris bewteen the US and JPN versions, so I can't wait for this.

I am so excited for the PC version next year.

This went from "that looks pretty cool, I'll have to check it out" to, "Oh man, I need this." I was genuinely worried with early impressions that there wasn't going to be a whole lot to this but this looks like an amazing package. Great work!

I learned 2 things from this video. 1. Ben is really good at Tetris. 2. I am buying this game.

God, I so need this on Steam. I'd buy it in a heartbeat. I loooooove the music, and well, I mean, it's Tetris, but almost with a bit of a bejewelled vibe. I dunno I'm really digging it.

I wish this was coming to PC. Looks like my perfect Tetris game. The level designs and music are awesome.

E: I do hope to see some accessibility modes, though. My eyes are terrible, so i'd really appreciate being able to zoom in a bit, for example. I could see folks with colour blindness to have troubles, too.

BUT WHY IS IT CALLED A QUICK LOOK IF ITS 1HR+

Looks great but there's two things I want to know:

can you rotate the blocks forever? (if so, the falling animation should be removed)

is there a mode where you get a bonus for making 4x4 squares?

I haven't been able to get in the zone with another Tetris since The New Tetris for these two reasons.

It looks interesting, innovative, sophisticated and very meditative chill, but... I'm not sure it looks very "fun".

My imported Puyo Puyo Tetris has japanese shouting fishes and girls and robots when you clear lines and is just "fucking yes"... or take Tetris Battle Gaiden, they take Tetris and make fun-awesome shit happen when you play well or tensen it up in a clenching/gnawing fun way.

I really love Tetris and even lead a multi-week math project in a primary school centered around tetrominos once, but I don't think I need this one.

WAIT a second, I think I'm having a quasi-Phoenix Down moment here... Lumines is a play on luminous?? I somehow never made that connection.
