Jack is the first to take the player under his wing, showing you the ropes and what this whole vampire thing is all about. He has a biting sense of humour and like Nines cares little for the powers that be. If any, his allegiance is with the Anarchs.
Word has it that he used to be a pirate in the old days. True or not, he isn't one to let rules stand in his way. He makes no secret of his disdain for the Prince in particular and the Camarilla in general.
Jack usually hangs out at The Last Round and is always happy to chat, but he seems to know more than he lets on...
