I have downloaded from file shack twice and both times it says the download failed or something along those lines. Regardless of what it says or why it happens, it makes me sad. What's the fastest place you can download the client from? The torrent says it will take 10 days and gamers hell says it will take 7 hours. But I want to play now, so anyone want to help me out?

I'm currently downloading it from a FTP mirror, going at about 500kb/s so will take about 3 and a half hours, sadly limited by the uni's internet.

 Not Torrent, that's for sure. It's been downloading for nearly 20 hours and it's still only 95% done.

Used the STO downloader and took around 8 hours average speed was about 350kbps, tried fileplanet and the torrent and both were useless

I am only getting 70 to 80 KB/s, will be playing by next Thursday.

i downloaded from bigdownload.com and it went pretty fast about an hour and a half

I got it off teh Atari mirror or w/e  Was getting 1.4-2 Mbs took about an hour.
