    I want to active my account on my little brother's computer and on my computer at the same time, is it possible?

    Yea, I think you can. But only one computer can be signed in at a time.

    You used to be able to be signed in multiple times with the same account at the same time but no longer is that the case. 
     
    You can still sign in and install the games on both though you will only be able to use the account on 1 comp at a time

    To use both at the same time, one has to be in offline mode.

    How do you change to offline mode?

    Click on steam on the upper left corner and then click Go offline

    I think it makes you resign in every now and then though so just make sure you sign in when the other computer is off
