edit: I play L4D2 semi-frequently, I have TF2 but I've never actually played it. I'm pretty terrible at shooters so if you're down with babysitting me while I try to spraypaint a tank we can totes do this zombie thing.

My video card sucks, so I mostly use Steam for adventures, puzzle games, and Torchlight at the moment. Hopefully that will change after Christmas and I can finally run the big-name titles. I tried that name but it did not work. to be added to somebody's friend list you must provide your steam login.
@HaroldoNVU: I'm confused about whether we are needing our steam login, our steam ID, or our steam profile name. The username I log in with is not the same as my steam id or profile name. I'm finding searching for people by Steam ID doesn't work if it is different than their profile name, because Steam is searching by profile name. Another thing I'm noticing is sometimes if I search for someone in the Steam browser there is no result, if I go to steam on my web browser and search in the exact same way, I find them.
@pekoe212: Well, it has to be your login because it's unique and like war, it never changes. You can alter or steam profile name anytime and there can be doubles.
