Super Macho Man is the last fight before the final dream fight (whether it's Mike Tyson or Mr. Dream depending on the version).
Super Macho Man performing his Super Spin PunchHe is a stereotypical pompous bodybuilder and one of the toughest fights in the game. He has two versions of his trademark move called the Super Spin Punch where he does a 360 spin and punches Little Mac. The first version happens spontaneously after a few seconds of delay in his pattern. In the second version, he winds up and repeatedly spins and punches over and over again for a varied amount of time. Every single punch has to be dodged. Any hit from the Super Spin Punch from either version will knock Mac down instantly.
Other than that, his pattern is easy to keep up with.
In Punch-Out!! for the Nintendo Wii he seems to be used to having attention and fame, loving every second of it, contrary to Bald Bull, so as soon as Little Mac takes it away by defeating him, he returns angry and jealous in the title defense match.
