I recently stumbled on a screen shot of this and thought it looked cool. But, I can not find any info on it at all. I've searched in English and Japanese but even a Japanese search doesn't really reveal anything except for one or two kakaku ir rakuten pages

It's a pretty generic JRPG that you can't play if you don't speak Japanese.

This probably won't help because if you are searching I bet you found this same video, but all I could find was an intro video and brief description on youtube, the uploader describes the game as follows

Suzu or Suzumaru Monogatari (鈴ものがたり) is a unique RPG that Capcom released in 2000 exclusively in Japan for the Playstation 1.

The story is pretty simple. Suzumaru lost the 5 of 7 balls of God's and he must now find and return them back. All of them are in the humans's world.

The gameplay part focus on the explore part and the fights based on a smart card-based system.
