    This nameless person is the warden of Sector 7, from where he surveys all inmates and trains them in their rehabilitation. His task is to shape the prisoners into renewed model citizens by any means necessary. This somewhat megalomaniac character surveys all aspects of the centre from his office through a system of cameras and speaks to inmates solely through a speaker. He also orders minds to be erased at certain given points, to store a new identity into the convicts' minds.
