Has anyone been having consistent crashing after about 2-3 hours?

The game runs perfectly for me until the crashes happen. The screen will freeze for a few seconds, but I can still hear gameplay audio, and sounds corresponding to my button inputs. Then the game crashes with the "this program has stopped working" prompt.

The funny thing is that I've had this exact game crash behavior happen in Lords of the Fallen, which caused me to stop playing it. All other games run flawlessly for me.

My specs:

i7-6950X 4.0Ghz

1080 Ti

16GB DDR4 RAM

Windows 8.1

Uninstall video drivers and reinstall. Still doesn't work - uninstall again and try an earlier release of the driver.

It may be your drivers. I've had exactly 1 crash in my 37 hours of play using a 1070 GPU. Sounds like a pain in the ass, sorry that's happening for you.

@bombedyermom: @bstnrich: I just finished doing an entire reformat of my drive and reinstalled the OS. Still have the crashing issues with latest Nvidia drivers (382.05) and 381.09.

Any other suggestions?
