A game in which the "seeker" covers his/her eyes while the other players try to find a good hiding spot. It is then up to the seeker to find the hiding players.
A console game is high definition if it operates at a resolution of at least 720p, or 1280x720. A console able to achieve this resolution is HD-capable. For a variety of reasons, the term does not apply to PC games.
A rendering technology using lighting with a larger dynamic range to create more realistic images.
Hostages exist to be saved, guarded, and occasionally executed.
A hub is the central location from which a player can venture out into different areas of a game. It is often used as a clever way of masking loading between levels or worlds.
In order to perform this move in Double Agent, you must first grab a character from behind, and then pressing the weapon deploy button. This causes you to take out your SC pistol and you are able to aim around while still holding the character.
A concept in a game where the playable character can't run out of ammo, and doesn't need to pick up/buy ammo. In some cases, you still have to reload your weapon, but you will still have an endless amount of magazines.
A plot device where innocent characters are killed. Sometimes players forced to watch it happen and can do nothing to prevent it.
Whether it be a close up shotgun blast, far away sniper rifle, explosive, or backstab, the "one hit kill" is a popular kill strategy. Usually hard to master and even harder to avoid, the instant kill is loved and hated by gamers everywhere.

Less-lethal weapons are weapons intended to be less likely to kill than a conventional weapon. Less-lethal weapons are used in riot control and self-defense.
Games often feature working light switches that allow the player to manually switch on and off the lighting in a room.
Sometimes, a key just won't cut it. When you really need to get through a locked door or open a sealed chest, you need a certified master of unlocking, complete with a lock-pick.
This concept is for games in which at least one of the main characters is male.
The Maritime Search and Rescue is the Mexican Coast Guard, and is the rescue portion of the Mexican Navy.
Melee in single player is handled in a context sensitive fashion. You can either perform a less-than-lethal move to knock out an enemy or perform a lethal attack with your knife to kill them. The only difference between the two interactions is that knocking out an NPC means that another enemy who shows up can revive the taken out NPC. The way to perform an attack is to walk up to an enemy and press the left trigger for non-lethal attacks and the right trigger for kills. The move that you use depends on which side of the enemy you face. In multiplayer, Upsilon forces can dash into an enemy to melee, or click the right thumbstick for a spin attack.
Mercenaries, Soldiers for Hire, have been found fighting in conflicts since the dawn of human warfare. These hired guns show a desire to turn their talent in the art of death to a more profitable profession.
The Mexican Navy is Mexico's naval military operations. They are the largest Navy in Latin America.

These are often a departure from the conventional gameplay of a game. There have also been compilations; games including only minigames. The Mario Party series has a lot of minigames, too!
Moral dilemmas presented to the player that often have a significant effect on the story or other characters.
Using gestures with the controller to control on-screen actions. Alternatively, these gestures can also be detected by motion-sensing cameras.
Moving and hiding bodies is an important gameplay element. If an NPC spots a body, they will be alerted, and sometimes raise an alarm so it is good to hide bodies whenever you take enemies out.
Multiple endings is a term used to describe different outcomes or conclusions to a game based on the previous actions of the player.
Murder is the act of ending the life of another living thing against its will without the sanction of a higher governmental authority, such as the casualties that result from acts of war. It is generally intentional, at least in a legal meaning, but not necessarily.
The National Security Agency is an agency that is responsible for analyzing and gathering foreign communications and intel. The NSA is also responsible for keeping the US government's own network and communications secure.
The game mode for multiplayer involves the Spy team to hack into an enemy terminal with their arm device, and retrieve two files. Once the file is done downloading they must bring it safely back to base. The Upsilon forces have to kill the Spy team or wait for time to run out to win. Alternatively, spies can also grab and kill/jump on top of Upsilon forces until everybody runs out of lives to win, but this is significantly more difficult.
