Touma is one of the few people who has had a lunaglyph passed onto him by a special ritual by a high class aristo. He is part of a family who leads the "Nightwhisper Guild", who are an elite group who act unseen for Aristos. He is introduced as an old friend of Sigmund, although we are not told how or why.
In battle, Touma uses a Katana. He uses this with a combination of fast and deadly strikes, usually hitting the enemy multiple times, to assist with combos. He has no tradeskill.
