    Overview

    Ultimate Paintball Challenge, also released as Ultimate PaintBrawl 3, is a first-person paintball game developed by Cat Daddy Games and published by Activision Value Publishing for Windows PCs in 2000.

    It is the third entry in the Extreme PaintBrawl series (after Extreme PaintBrawl 2), yet again switching developers and game engines. The studio later developed the game's sequel in 2002, known as Extreme PaintBrawl 4.

    It is currently unknown what differences are between the "Ultimate Paintball Challenge" and "Ultimate PaintBrawl 3" versions of the game. Archived versions of the developer's website make no mention of "Ultimate PaintBrawl 3", and archived versions of the publisher's website make no mention of either release. It is also unclear whether or not the "Ultimate PaintBrawl 3" version was released standalone or in a bundle (the "Outdoor Action Pack", along with Cabela's Big Game Hunter 4 and Cabela's Grand Slam Hunting).
