    Vesemir is the oldest and most experienced witcher currently alive. He spends every winter in the witcher's keep Kaer Morhen.

    Overview

    He is the only witcher to have survived the first assault on Kaer Morhen, who wasn't out on the road.

    Vesemir was originally a fencing instructor and thus doesn't know all the secret mutagens needed to turn young boys into actual witchers. Nonetheless he is the quasi leader of the order and serves as a father figure to Geralt and the others.

    According to Geralt, Vesemir might be older then Kaer Morhen itself.
