Looks different from a lot of stuff out there, so props for that, but it's definitely not my type.

I love the changes they made. Might make me get a Motion Plus.

The fact that this is the second installment of the game, the first one sold quite well, i take it?  
Hard to believe...

I've seen this earlier over at Destructoid. I'm quite interest in Red Steel 2, just hoping that it plays better than the original. Also, I like the western feel to this game.

Wow, that actually looks like a lot of fun.

Well the AI looks awful, even in a video edited by the dev team. I can't imagine what it'd look like in a raw feed quicklook.

Oh gosh that looks boring.

The combat looks a lot better. The levels seem way to empty tho.

I wish they would call it something else. Naming a game "Red" Steel and having no blood is dumb.

There does actually appear to be blood when he does special moves.

Wouldn't this game use the motion plus? From the video it seems like it takes no advantage of the tech, like he could just as well be playing with a 360 controller.

The game title is obviously meant to be ironic (duh).
I was a fan of TimeSplitters 2, so poor AI is not a concern of mine. I've seen worse.

Well it looks pretty, I'll give it that.

I don't care for the graphic style. And it's a modern game with swords with no blood or even wear\tear damage.
Main character does look interesting and seems like 'someone I'd want to play as' though.
Controls seem a little funny. Almost too-regular.

The art style kinda reminds me of XIII but i can tell it's going to be nowhere near as good.

Leave it up to ubisoft to make a sequel that has nothing to do with the first game. Far cry 2, cough cough.

As far as I know it's not using wm+. "

Where is the blood? 

It doesn't look that much better than Red Steel 1, they've deepened the combat some but it seems like it would get boring pretty quickly.

Wish they would make a game with Wii Sports Resort kinda swordplay, felt very responsive to me

Seems a lot better than the original. I found myself begin to think in an all-round combat way.

It started to look cool near the end, but I dunno.  I'd be surprised if this is any better received than the last...they have compelling ideas though.

I thought the art style looked nice, this is what developers should do on the Wii!  Stylized art makes up for the lower graphics power and looks nice too. 
 
It does use motion plus as is evident from the very beginning of the video, but you might not be able to tell the impact it has unless you were able to compare with and without side by side. 
 
Looking fun too, I might actually make this my 4th wii game... heh.

The game is MotionPlus exclusive.
