ooo getting excited for this, hope i'm not let down like every other survival game i've seen

The subtitle was terribly disappointing: I'd guess this game is a multiplayer survival game like Rust instead of the story of the founding of Dinotopia. If only people made single player narrative-driven games like this.

Looks cool enough to keep me checking back on it though...

Downloaded this video and it's 1080p. Trailers from Giant Bomb are usually 720p.

Does this mean we'll see 1080p Giant Bomb videos in the near future?

Well this will more than likely suck but its a cool trailer and concept.

this game looks pretty sweet, i dont know why people assume itll suck other than a bias based on previous dinosaur survival game attempts

I would buy this in a second if the subtitle was actually "Big Dinosaur Stompy Stompy"...

Err.. so is this actually a survival game? They may have lost me with all the dino riding, or at least the variety that goes from survival to silly.

Also any survival game announced for console instantly makes my mind go to 'limitations'.

Credit to Kate Welch for this observation, but jumping right onto a dino's back and riding it toward the horizon should always be a viable alternative to guns in this game.
