Awesome. The first rearmed was my introduction into the Bionic Commando franchise, and I am really excited for a new 2D entry.

With this and MvC3, I'm starting to think Capcom really has been the best publisher/developer of this generation.

Just finished the first one actually and really liked it all the way through. I hope this whole jumping thing is going to make for some crazy swinging puzzles, also I totally dig the fact that you can climb over barrels now.

BCR is one of my favorite games this gen, so I'm very excited about this. Hopefully Fatshark do as well as Grin did on the first one.

I was...severely disappointed by BCR. The original BC is one of my favorite games ever...definitely top 5 for NES (why on earth isn't it on the Wii's Virtual Console? C'mon, Capcom!!) so...I dunno. I'm hesitant about this.

Jumping should be fine since it isn't a remake of the first game. Capcom has been on a roll this generation ever since Dead Rising and SFIV. 

About time Spencer learned to jump. Seriously though, looks like a great iteration for a classic. I'm loving this return to gaming roots that's been happening with downloadable games.

To date the original is my only XBL download game, and I totally loved it.  I'd be game for more of the same, the jump feels almost like cheating, but then again, I think I don't think it was the lack of a jump that made the game so good, it was the grapple, which they nailed.
 
They already had little 'hop' pads on the floor in the first game anyway, looks like (from the jump arc) they just re-used that code and mapped it to a button.

Hmm, could be good.  The only reason I didn't get the first rearmed is because I've played Bionic Commando a ton of times.
