If I feel like I need a shooter I may well pick this up. But there's so many games coming out that I'm not sure I'll get around to this. I do like some of the stuff they've done, the sliding/mantling across cover isn't new but the way you can shoot while doing it looks neat. Hopefully that lean system will either work incredibly well or just be manually controlled on PC, I'm a touch skeptical of that.

And the Cranked gametype seems pretty fun, having to get kills quickly to stop yourself from exploding is the kind of dumb idea that fits in the arcade-shooter style of CoD really well, so it's good to see them embracing it.

I hadn't heard Eminem in a long time before this. Damn that guy is good.

A few small changes may be enough for some, but I'm still not interested. Nothing against ya if you are or anything, but I'm not.

Hey look, it's that COD game

I'm not sure how to feel about this. It's cool that they're changing some stuff, like the semi-destructible environments, squad systems, and mantling. Then again, leaning is kind of unnecessary, what with the most successful players generally running around with an SMG hip-firing their way to victory. I'm looking forward to seeing more, though!

I have bought COD every year at launch for many years now. I am seriously considering not buying this one. It looks like exactly the same game (yeah yeah all of them are the same HA HA great joke). At least Treyarch tries to do different things with COD, so why is IW sitting on it's ass?

I'm kind of burnt out on CoD, so I'm still not sure if I'm getting this one. Still, kudos to IW for including female playable characters, and they've at the very least got my attention again.

Call of Duty, now with bitches and bitches. In seriousness it's a very small but welcome move to have more female avatars in games. Multiplayer shooters in particular seem to stick with one body type, (probably for hit-boxes/balance) but if devs add appropriate gear and muscle to the women it should be more or less the same.

Cool that female soldiers are playable. Not cool that a large portion of the player population will react to this in the worst way possible.

Not enough people screaming how I'm a huge faggot to be a real representation of CoD Multiplayer.

Multiplayer? GET RIGHT OUT OF TOWN.

So basically:

-Dog (Dog, with a capital D, not "dogs", because dogs were already here since WaW)
-Their lighting and particle effects make the game pretty and mess with your shots
-People you're facing don't know where their trigger fingers are
-Passive camera wobble for that great "Stop fucking up my aim, game" feel!
-Reduced or nonexistent fall damage for 1337 treekshots
-Improved dust
-Sniping from helicopters which I actually think is kinda cool
-Destructible environments
-Weird rocket launchers
-Women who work out more than I do

(I'll probably buy it anyway)

Looks like a solid game, but I can't bring myself to pay full price for one of these games.

Wouldn't it be cool if dog was a playable class? I think that would be cool. You could even equip him with stuff, maybe like a walking battle chest? Man I'm so good at games. I should have designed this new CoD.

Looks functionally and graphically IDENTICAL to MW2 and the sound design is still utter utter garbage.

These games just feel like sports games to me, every year they add one or two things that other games have and call them "new" while still continuing to play exactly the same. No thanks.

Impressive how they keep the quality top notch. Really want them though to turn a page and let their creativity expand.
