Seems kinda cool, I used to be a big Driver fan so I'm interested to see what kind of reception this gets when it's released.

Bah you people calling it bad must have absolutely no love of 70s era action movies. This looks awesome to me. I love the tone the trailer took and the action-splotation level narration. If the gameplay can live up to that the game should be some great fun.

The game actually looks good, like really good, but that voice over is pretty bad even if its going for that 70's style. Plus the game has a Blues Brothers level so thats a plus. Since the game takes place in Tanners mind I wonder if it will end in some kind of Dark City-esqe way.

This game looks okay. The shift mechanic seems cool but I don't see a reason for it to exist.

Being able to turn a chase into an escape by turning criminal, is really neat.

Avoided Driver 3 but played the first 2 and liked them quite a bit. They much like this trailer, had a real 70's vibe and contained a fair amount of 70's funk and such like in the soundtrack.
 
Not sure about the gameplay in this and I'm still disappointed they chose to set it in SF. Nothing against America but Europe is where the franchises (namely the first 2 games) fans are at, why not give them some fan service? Driver 2 took place in the US as well as Spain so it would be nice to see some more Europe.

I really hope this game is good. I like cars, racing games, lively open words, and San Francisco. This game looks like it will have all of those! Also, the wacky shift mechanic looks neat too.

i wasnt sold until i saw the blues brothers chase, but if i cant drive through a mall then fuck this game.

Side missions? In a fire engine? What the fuck did they do to Driver? How is this better? 
 
After the car crash that was Driv3r, I was actually excited for this but seeing this trailer... there is literally no way this game can be anything better than mediocre. 

I hope your car can lose more than four hubcaps like Steve McQueen's did in Bullitt.

Im totally SOLD! I love me some Dodge Challenger and the Blues Brothers chase! I was meh up untill now. But this rocks hard, looks like theres some weight to the cars aswell. I call Strongsauce on this one. A Driver vet says yes.

Narrator sounds like Ving Rhames if Ving Rhames didn't sound aggravated all the time

A sexy voice doesn't do much if you're just reading off PR talking points

The only thing that I'm sceptical on is the whole being in a coma/dream concept, I know the previous Drivers with on foot functionality were not so good at implementing it fluidly into the game but I don't want to rely on "zoning" to a new car on the fly for when I need a new ride it makes the chases feel less frantic and too easy

I'm really hoping the end is just Tanner waking up in a hospital and going "I KNOW WHERE JERICHO IS" and the final mission is just you driving a car in a hospital gown with your IV bags hanging out the window.
 
God that's so awesome. This game is so dumb I love it.

Story + Mission= Story Missions WOW

Seems like their target audience is 10yo's, but it also looks like a lot of fun.

If one of those extra missions is inspired by the car chase in Blues Brothers, consider my money yours.

I'm more interested than I was before, despite of the voice. 

This voice over is amazing. Game looks pretty interesting as well. At least it is something a bit different. Glad that they didn't make a sub par GTA clone
