when i played it at PAX it was actually a really cool demo and one of the better games i saw there

very interesting.  anyone think a netbook could handle this game (if it were to come out on PC)?

Hmm, no mention of multiplayer? Well, I guess it could be cool in the same way Viewtiufl Joe was. I guess we'll see.

I walked past the booth at PAX, and now I'm kinda sorry: the animations look amazing, as does the art.

I chatted with Jamie at PAX. No announcements regarding platform(s) or publisher yet. Also, no news of multiplayer/co-op. Apparently development is still in pretty early stages, though the demo level was very polished. 
 
I definitely can't wait for this game to be released.

Maybe I'm just crazy but this looks and feel like the Metal Slug games.

If the combat's deep enough, with some form of decent progression along the way to keep things moving, this could be a lot of fun.

Like the campy, self-aware tone. Looks fantastic, hope it plays that way too.

This looks awesome.

I like the art style of this game a lot, and the name is great too.  I'm glad to see innovations and improvements to the side-scrolling beat-em-up genera in this day and age, even though they're not as in fashion as they once were back when I fell in love with them.
