Looks good.

When I look at the HUD and the combat it reminds me of Jump To Lightspeed and man that sucked bad I hope this game is nothing like that.

looks like it might be decent, but unfortunately i smell a failure.

Gameplay looks a little bland, all I really got from that was WASD and a mouse look. =/

I wish they would drop the "evolution" part of the name, its just a bad word in any game name.

The hud also needs alot of work, very important part of any mmo...

I smell casual gaming! Tutorials are good because it means (a little) depth, not complication.

Wow, those factions aren't cliche at all!  Do we have to have the magical tree-hugging hippy commune faction in every sci fi game?  Nobody in their right mind will choose them over the Space Mafia (awesome) or Space Spartans (awesome).

This game looks pretty good, but then I bought Auto-Assault, so wtf do I know? :)

5000$? christ, who on earth spends that kind of money, especially now, on a pc.

I'm not saying this game will be bad when it's released but from what I see here it looks like a copy of Eve Online but not as good.

Looks fun. It looks Fighter based instead of "Spacecraft" based. It looks like you will be able to trade and stuff still, but the majority of it will be concentrated on the action of space dogfights.

Wow, you can do missions solo or with other people?  I can shoot at stuff?  I see WoW in space! Rawr!

Nah, I'll stick to EVE Online thank you.  Everyone's on one server and the complexity keeps the WoW noobtards out of the game that are just looking for a click-click-click-win game.

Not to mention this game HAS to be sharded.  Trying to pull even a 10v10 battle with all of the "lasers", ship vectors, and other inputs will eat bandwidth alive.

I'm predicting another quick death.  There's too many "do missions with friends" MMO's out there.

Looks a lot like EVE.  I think I may pass on it anf just wait for The old Repblic instead.

oooh! how I want this game, and think of this like a combat focused "eve online", and that is what I want.

EVE Online is way more in-depth and judging by what this guy says Jumpgate is NOT gonna be like that.  Plus ship combat in EVE is more strategic where this is more action oriented.

Cept the BIG difference here from eve is that you can get cool ships a hell of alot quicker than eve online....Waiting 27 years to get the best ships on eve NO THANKS i'll take jumpgate any day.

Looks great but i gave up the MMO's awhile back because they take up too much of my time, i will probably check out the DC/Marvel and Agency ones because they are more casual.. but i will never get into another hardcore MMO unless of course blizzard brings out a starcraft one..

I played the original Jumpgate, and it was superb. The community was great, and the gameplay was just as good. Only thing..the graphics were outdated four years ago, but with this game, they're ramping up the graphics. I just hope they keep everything that made the original great.
I've played EVE, and although I can see the appeal, I can't get into the slow gameplay. Waiting fifteen minutes to jump to another star system is no more fun than killing 50 baby seals in Warcraft. Both games are tedious. Now, sitting down behind a flight stick in a persistent world: that is thrilling. That won't put me to sleep or bore me to tears. I suspect this game will appeal more to fans of the Wing Commander series than it does to mmo people. Needless to say, I'll be giving this one a shot.
