Personally I thought the first game was decent, was an enjoyable weekend playthrough despite all its flaws.


Would definitely play the sequel, but would probably just rent it this time around.

Oh come on. Don't be such sheep and automatically take a dislike to the game. We all know what happened to Jeff yadda yadda yadda. He said what he said about the first game because its what he truley thought - and will do the same for this one.

 

Anyway. That trailer was pretty cool. Interested to see how this turns out. Hope they addressed some of the minor flaws from the first game though. Namely the gameplay.

I mean, I think at this point all we should care about is whether the game is good or not, and avoid making awkward/hateful comments about a touchy-ish subject,  but that is amusing, by virtue of being there. As is the '8.8' section on tvtropes.org. But that's a different story for a different time...

   When Jeff reviewed the first one he said something like "This game is just ugly". It looks like it still holds true. maybe the graphics will be better this time, but the whole, playing a weird looking long haired oldish guy who looks like he sidelines as a rapist, is still active. Nothing I've seen makes me want to play it. This video certainly does nothing for me.
    How is this even a teaser? Am I suppose to be teased by implied bludgeoning? Was it suppose to be cool how he wipes the bowling ball off and puts it back in his special little bag? Did the developer even read Jeff's review? If they did they should have noticed that it was not only the game-play that was lacking, but also the characters. I seem to remember him saying that the game gave you no reason to care about the characters. So unless they throw in some sad story about how Lynch's kitten was eaten by the main villain, then that too will hold true. What is even the point of the story!? [sarcasm] Perhaps they just needed something to permit the amazing game-play [/sarcasm]. But maybe I am just speaking too soon...
