And is it just me or is the framerate that bad?

cut-scenes look fine
but as soon as they showed like 2 seconds of actual ingame action, it looked like all the previous movie tie in games - bad

I think the video is jacked up. High Moon's reusing their engine from War for Cybertron, and that game ran pretty well.

They really should license 'Bark at the Moon' for this game, it would fit perfectly.

That name is just terrible. What does it even mean? I get that they couldn't use "dark side of the moon" for fear of referencing the song.. but c'mon. It's nonsensical.

meh as much as I hate Bayformer design, the transformation sequences are still sexy as hell.

I can tell that guy is evil because he has a red eye.

Well yeah, but every game has to modify the engine to its particular needs. Sometimes that turns out shitty (Hour of Victory, Too Human) and sometimes it works out well. I suspect most of the engine-level changes they've made for WFC will be carried over into this game, and in WFC performance was good. That's why I'm saying the actual game will probably run fine despite this video being messed up.

Eh will probably be a decent few hours of simple fun and an easy S rank if nothing else.  After playing dnf every game seems better lol.

When did Dark side of the moon turn into Dark of the moon? I remember the movie being called Dark side of the moon originally.

Just want to reiterate... Dark of the Moon is a terrible title.

Eh, sort of just looks like another movie quality game, that's not that quality. But I might try it though, I really enjoyed War for Cybertron.

Really enjoyed War For Cybertron. But a movie tie-in game is a horrible thing for High Moon Studios to be doing, and I shan't be buying it! It looks bad. Trust Activision to make good developers make shitty games.

I guess its comforting to see that I'm not the only one having issues with playing this video...

Because all these "new" evil Decepticons...evil...dark.... were found on the moon. So they are the Dark of the Moon.  I'm guessing that the one of the ones found on the moon will for some reason be called "The Dark" or some crap, the Decepticons anyway, as there are Autobots up there as well. Kinda like the crap they pulled with Rise of The Fallen, where that was one of the Cons' name (which was a crap use of the name compared to what the character was in the comics)

@josty81: I loved WFC as much as anyone, and yes this movie Tie is shitty.

but lets be real here HighMoon isnt known for making quality games. At least not until WFC which aped alot of its mechanics from gears of war.

Highmoon was a shitty developer to begin with.. They got extremely lucky with WFC.. which to be honest , as awesome as a transformer game it is, compared to other games, its just above average.

Im just hoping they really knuckle down hard for WFC2.. because WFC was a fluke for them, and they will need the power of unicorn himself to make that lightening strike twice.

Maybe I will see the movie but I am not playing this game.
