Wow... I totally forgot how much I used to love the Turtles until that trailer brought it all flooding back!

It's like they took footage of me playing with the figures as a kid, removed my hand from the shot and imported it as a 3D model. My sound effects were much better though.

That was a rumor for a while, right? Rocksteady was working on a TMNT running on the Arkham engine supposedly?

Cool it has moves from TMNT: Tournament Fighters, I freaking loved that game we had tournaments in my neighbourhood, it was awesome. I hope this is coming to the PC cause it looks kind of like arkham asylum/city and I liked the fighting in those games.

edit: One thing that bothers me is the face, it looks weird, I forgot how different TMNT looks now.

Anywhoo I only just recently learned that this game even existed, but I think this looks pretty alright. I like the look of the turtles in particular--though the environments seem pretty bland--and the combat seems pretty fun to boot.

TMNT - The Most Narly Trailer.

I'm kind of excited for this. I like the 'realistic' 1990s movie look that Rapheal has in this trailer.

Donatello was always my favourite. I had a theory when I was a kid, playing the arcade machine that Donatello's staff gave a ranged advantage meaning enemies were less able to land hits on him. Complete rubbish I'm sure but it made sense to me at the time.

Raph and Leo always seemed like they should be the most effective of the turtles, since they have blades, but they never seem to stab dudes...

Where's the blood soaked Turtles game?

Is this gonna be a game where Leo is gonna slash dudes with his swords, but there ain't gonna be no blood and dudes are gonna just be knocked out?

I could use a good beat em up, this game better be good, certainly looks nice.

Really hope this game is as good as it looks. The developers cited Arkham as inspiration, so that's great news.

Anyone play the TMNT game for the GBA? I remember it being okay, if not particularly memorable. Or even that great, I guess.

Does everything have to be dark and gritty nowadays?

I know it's a trailer but I would love to see gameplay of a whole fight. Do the turtles move fluidly from one enemy to the next? Once I see that I'll know if I'll be downloading it.

@morbidyak: Turtles started out gritty it was the cartoon that made it goofy. This looks like it's going for somewhere in the middle.

Still not the biggest fan of the character design but this game is actually looking like it might be alright. I'm starting to get cautiously excited.
