So this is the guy behind the construction site in Niko's story. He seems like what Roman would be if he were a crime boss.

I knew they'd bring him back after mentioning him so many times in the main storyline. I like him.

Rockstar's really pulling everything for this. Im sure with how The Lost and Damned was underwhelming, they're making sure Ballad has tons of hype.

You know I think I am going to like this dlc better than the first one

That is sooo Omid Djalili as the voice actor.  Character model even kind of looks like him too.  He was the small slightly squat guy who tagged along in "The Mummy" for anyone not up to speed on their British comedians.

Another classic GTA character it looks like.

Wonder if Luis can wield the golden uzi.

I was going to buy this anyway but the fact that he was actually singing along to Arab Money is going to make me buy it twice as hard.

its so lol that a lot of the characters in this game, 'worked hard' to 'own the city'. Ive been to new york and some of the people are cocky but its funny to see a game company make fun of the stereotype 

Hope they speed up the PlayStation DLC very soon.

I used to know a guy that was just like this. I liked to joke around with him.

I like how Rockstar doesn't just push the boundaries of violence, which has become it's penchant and which anyone can do, but also pushes the boundaries of sexuality in the video game medium.  I'm thinking of the penis shot, and the usage of a gay character as the central protagonist. 
 
This video shows that Rockstar will also push the boundaries by using characters of a race that, if you only watched American news and entertainment, would seem to live in America only as mad terrorists.  I can hardly think of a movie, or any American medium for that matter, which portrays Arab-Americans realistically; not just mad bombers bent on destroying America for no good reason but purely maniacal ones.
