Overview
Mega Man III (known in Japan as Rockman World 3, and not to be confused with the NES and PC games of similar names) is a side-scrolling action platformer developed and published by Capcom for the Game Boy on December 11, 1992. Nintendo published the game in Europe again.
It is the third portable entry of the original Mega Man series and the sequel to Mega Man II. Like the first two games in the spin-off series, Mega Man III recycles many elements (including bosses, levels, and enemies) from two consecutive titles in the main franchise (this case being Mega Man 3 and Mega Man 4). Along with his dog Rush, our hero now has help from helper robot Eddie, who (at random times) grants him a random item.
Set in the year 20XX, the game takes place sometime after humanoid robot hero Mega Man defeated Dr. Wily and his second group of revived Robot Masters (and also sometime after Mega Man 4). While Dr. Wily has eight more revived Robot Masters waiting for Mega Man, he has commandeered an oil platform to use the energy generated by Earth's magma to fuel his newest mysterious creation.

After facing another Giant Suzy and the other various traps inside Dr. Wily's fortress, players will finally face off with the man himself. During his first phase he is vulnerable to the standard Mega Buster (P). During his second phase he is vulnerable to the Screw Crusher (PU).
